Ginger shake

| 3 | Scoops nonfat ice cream | |
| ½ | cup | Skim milk; or to taste |
| Sugar; to taste | ||
| small | Scoops ice cream; for garnish | |
| Chopped ginger; for garnish | ||
Directions
Place he ginger, ice cream,milk and 6 tablespoons ginger syrup in a blender and puree to a froth. Taste and add extra milk and sugar if desired. Serve, decorated with another small scoop of ice cream or extra ginger.
