Directions

In small sauce pan, toast coconut, tossing often. cool. Slice bananas, prepare pudding as to directions, but use low fat milk. into 4 parfait glasses, spoon half pudding, top with bananas, half coconut, remaining pudding, top with pistachios and coconut. 1 serving. 275 calories, 8 g fat, 5 mg cholesterol, 460 mg sodium.
