Coconut frosting^

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
¾ cup Coconut
1 tablespoon Xornstarch
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons SWEETENER
½ teaspoon Lemon, orange, vanilla,
Banana or butterscotch
Extract
=OR=-
⅛ teaspoon Maple, anise, cherry or
Almond extract

BLEND all ingredients. Lightly boil 5-10 minutes, stirring. Chill.
