Cocoa coconut candy

| 4 | tablespoons | Confectioners' sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Boiling water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cocoa |
| pinch | Of salt | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ½ | cup | Shredded coconut |
Directions
Blend the sugar, cocoa and salt, add boiling water and stir until smooth. Add vanilla. Dust hands lightly with powdered sugar; take ½ tsp. of mixture, roll into ball, roll in coconut. Shared By: Pat Stockett
