|1½ cup||Skim milk|
|2 cups||Non-fat frozen yogurt|
Date: Tue, 11 Jun 1996 21:12:20 -0400 From: Linda Robinson <CatRescuer@...> In a small bowl, stir together ¼ c. cocoa and 2 Tblsp. sugar. Add 3 Tblsp. of hot water and stir until well blended. Place 1 sliced banana in the container of a blender; cover and blend. Add cocoa mixture, cover and blend. Add 1½ c. skim milk ans 2 c. non-fat frozen yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. (No cholesterol and 1 g fat per serving.)
