Cinnamon-raisin bread 2 lb (bread machine)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Margarine
4 cups White bread flour
¼ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Salt
1¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast; (or bread machine)
¾ cup Raisins


1) Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.

2) Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.

3) Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.

4) Select bread type -Sweet Bread cycle. (For Oster number 8).

5) Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.

6) Add Mix-in when bread maker beeps, about 32 minutes after starting.
