Cinnamon nut raisin bread

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Dark brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Nonfat dry milk
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Butter/margarine
¾ cup Plus 1T water
¼ cup Raisins
¼ cup Chopped walnuts

Automatic Bread Program:

Add ingredients in order except raisins and walnuts. Press SELECT for Normal. Press START. When the machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes before the end of the second kneading, add ¼ c of raisins and chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready in 3 hours. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
