Cinnamon nut raisin bread

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Bread flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dark brown sugar, packed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Nonfat dry milk |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter/margarine |
| ¾ | cup | Plus 1T water |
| ¼ | cup | Raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
Directions
Automatic Bread Program:
Add ingredients in order except raisins and walnuts. Press SELECT for Normal. Press START. When the machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes before the end of the second kneading, add ¼ c of raisins and chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready in 3 hours. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
