Chutney-pear chicken breasts

| Chicken breast, split | ||
| 1 | can | (8 1/2 ounces) pear slices, |
| Drained | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | Oil |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Bottled mango chutney OR: |
| Marmalade | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Curry powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Low-fat plain yogurt |
Directions
1. Combine flour and pepper in plastic food-storage bag. Add chicken; shake to coat. Reserve few pear slices for garnish; dice remaining pears.
2. Heat oil in medium-size skillet. Add chicken; cook 6 minutes. Turn chicken over; cook 2 minutes. Add onion; cover and cook 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Place in diunner plates.
3. Stir chutney, lemon juice, curry powder and diced pears into skillet; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in yogurt.
Spoon over chicken breasts. Top with reserved pear slices.
