Chunky skillet sausage stew

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Fully cooked smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch chunks |
6 | smalls | Red potatoes, unpeeled, and quartered |
1 | small | Onion, cut into 8 wedges |
14½ | ounce | Can stewed tomatos undrained |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
½ | medium | Cabbage, cut in 6 wedges |
Directions
1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.
Arrange cabbage wedges over top.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
