Chunky skillet sausage stew

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Fully cooked smoked sausage, cut in 2-inch chunks
6 smalls Red potatoes, unpeeled, and quartered
1 small Onion, cut into 8 wedges
14½ ounce Can stewed tomatos undrained
teaspoon Pepper
½ medium Cabbage, cut in 6 wedges

Directions

1. In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well.

Arrange cabbage wedges over top.

2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
