Chunky sausage soup

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Carrot; sliced
1 cup Celery; sliced
½ cup Onion; chopped
½ cup Parsley; chopped
½ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Water
14 ounces Tomatoes; diced in juice
2 cans 14 oz beef broth
7 ounces Swift Brown n Serve Turkey Sausage
½ cup Elbow macaroni

Combine all ingredients except sausage and macaroni in large saucepan or dutch oven. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cut sausage links into fourths. Stir in sausage and macaroni. Reduce heat and simmer covered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Source: Swift Submitted By MEG ANTCZAK On 03-06-95
