Chuck wagon casserole

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Leftover roast; cubed |
| 1 | can | (16 oz) corn; drained |
| 1 | can | Tomato soup |
| 1 | cup | Grated cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 1 | Recipe Bisquick or 1 can biscuits | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter; melted |
| ¼ | cup | Yellow corn meal |
Directions
Mix all but last 3 ingredients. Use 2½ quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Dip biscuits in butter then in cornmeal. Arrange on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
