Chuck wagon casserole

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Leftover roast; cubed
1 can (16 oz) corn; drained
1 can Tomato soup
1 cup Grated cheese
1 tablespoon Dry onion
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 \N Recipe Bisquick or 1 can biscuits
2 tablespoons Butter; melted
¼ cup Yellow corn meal

Mix all but last 3 ingredients. Use 2½ quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Dip biscuits in butter then in cornmeal. Arrange on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
