Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Leftover roast; cubed |
1 can | (16 oz) corn; drained |
1 can | Tomato soup |
1 cup | Grated cheese |
1 tablespoon | Dry onion |
1 teaspoon | Chili powder |
1 \N | Recipe Bisquick or 1 can biscuits |
2 tablespoons | Butter; melted |
¼ cup | Yellow corn meal |
Mix all but last 3 ingredients. Use 2½ quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Dip biscuits in butter then in cornmeal. Arrange on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
