Chrain ( horseraddish and beet sauce)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Raw beets; diced
1 \N Beet cooked unpeeled; then peeled and diced
½ cup Grated horseraddish
1 cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Mustard
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Bolied water
1 teaspoon Salt

Put everything in food processor. Taste. This one I really eyeball.
