Chrain ( horseraddish and beet sauce)

1Beet cooked unpeeled; then peeled and diced
½cupGrated horseraddish
1cupVinegar
1tablespoonMustard
2tablespoonsSugar
½cupBolied water
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Put everything in food processor. Taste. This one I really eyeball.
