1 \N | Beet cooked unpeeled; then peeled and diced |
½ cup | Grated horseraddish |
1 cup | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Mustard |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
½ cup | Bolied water |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
Put everything in food processor. Taste. This one I really eyeball.
