Choukchouka salad

Ingredients

| 2 | mediums | Bell peppers, chopped |
| 4 | mediums | Tomatoes, chopped |
| ½ | bunch | Parsley, chopped |
| ½ | bunch | Coriander, chopped |
| ½ | cup | Olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | White pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic |
| 1 | tablespoon | Paprika |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cumin |
| 1 | tablespoon | Tomato paste |
Directions
Combine peppers, tomatoes, parsley and coriander and saute in olive oil.
Add remaining ingredients. Saute until tender and thick. Serve hot or cold.
