Couscous salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Scallions, sliced
1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 Cucumber, seeded and chopped
2 Tomatoes, seeded and chopped Chopped black olives (optional)
