cupGarbanzo Beans; Cooked
¼teaspoonPepper
½cupOlive Oil
¾cupLemon Juice; Fresh
3Cloves Garlic; Crushed
½teaspoonDried Mint Flakes; Or 3X Fresh
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Mix all ingredients and serve cold.

NOTES : Pretty mounded on a platter and garnished with fresh mint sprigs.
