Chocolate satin pie

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Undiluted evaporated milk
2 eaches Egg yolks
2 cups Nestle toll house semi sweet
\N \N Choc. morsels
1 \N Prepared 8-inch choc. crumb
\N \N Crust
\N \N Whipped cream
\N \N Chopped nuts

whisk together evaporated milk and egg yolks in 2-quart sauce pan.

heat over mediun-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is very hot and thickens slightly. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. stir in morsels until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is very smooth. pour into crust. chill until firm. top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts.
