|2 cups||Chocolate cake crumbs, stale|
|1 tablespoon||Butter; melted|
|1 tablespoon||Light rum|
|1½ teaspoon||Rum extract|
|1½ tablespoon||Light corn syrup (to 2 tbs)|
|⅓ cup||Chocolate shots (to 1/2 cup)|

Add 1½ Tbs corn syrup and blend until mixture holds together. Add remaining ½ Tbs corn syrup if needed to bind. 2. Form into 8 or 9 (1 ¾-inch) balls by rolling mixture between palms of hands. Then roll balls in chocolate shots to coat completely. Store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator. Serve in paper candy cups.
