Chocolate rum balls #1

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Finely chopped chocolate wafers
1½ cup Chopped almonds (save 1/2 cup to roll them in) or any combination of crushed nuts
1 cup Icing sugar
1 tablespoon Cocoa
2 tablespoons Light corn syrup
¼ cup Dark rum

From: Brenda Sharpe <aj471@...> Date: 22 Mar 1994 11:20:16 -0500 Combine crumbs, icing sugar, 1 cup of nuts, cocoa, corn syrup and rum and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in nuts or dip in chocolate, sprinkles or whatever. Enjoy.
