Heat in a microwave oven on High 1 to 1½ mins, until butter is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Add chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and smooth. Stir in powdered sugar until blended. Refrigerate 10 mins, or until glaze is of spreading consistency.
