Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Orange extract; 1 to 1-1/2 tsp.
2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
1½ cup Brandy; rum, or whiskey
1 can Sweetened condensed milk*
1 cup Cream
3 Eggs

If you're uncomfortable using raw eggs, frozen pasteurized eggs are available. Whirl first 5 ingredients in blender. Blend in eggs on low speed. This is wonderful in coffee. *Homemade sweetened condensed milk:Heat until sugar is dissolved: 1-½ c. sugar, ⅔ c. evaporated milk, 4 Tbsp.
