Creamy orange dessert

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Orange gelatin; 4 serving
1½ cup Warm water
1½ cup Marshmallows, miniature; or 12 regular
2 cups Vanilla ice cream; or yogurt
11 ounces Mandarin oranges; drained

Mix gelatin and water in 3 qt microwaveable bowl.

Microwave on HIGH 1½ minutes; stir to dissolve completely. Add marshmallows; microwave 1 to 1 ½ minutes or until marshmallows are puffed and almost melted. Stir mixture slowly until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is smooth. Add ice cream; stir with wire whisk until melted. Stir in oranges; pour into 6 cup ring mold.
