Yield: 48 Servings
|4 ounces||Chocolate, unsweetened|
|2 teaspoons||Baking powder|
|\N \N||Confectioners' sugar|
Melt chocolate and mix with oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture.
Chill 2 hours and roll in balls.
Roll in confectioner's sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet 2-3 inches apart. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from pan. Yields 4 dozen.
