Chinese black bean vinaigrette

Ingredients

| 1¼ | teaspoon | Garlic; minced |
| 1¼ | teaspoon | Fresh Ginger; minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | Shallots; minced |
| ¼ | cup | Sesame Oil |
| ¾ | cup | Canola Oil |
| ½ | cup | Unseasoned Rice Vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Thai-Style Chili Sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons | Honey |
| ½ | cup | Ermented Black Beans; rinsed |
| ¼ | cup | Cilantro; minced |
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined. This may be prepared a day in advance. It is best not to use a food processor.
Yield: about 2 cups
