Chinese black bean vinaigrette

Quantity Ingredient
teaspoon Garlic; minced
teaspoon Fresh Ginger; minced
2 tablespoons Shallots; minced
¼ cup Sesame Oil
¾ cup Canola Oil
½ cup Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Thai-Style Chili Sauce
2 teaspoons Honey
½ cup Ermented Black Beans; rinsed
¼ cup Cilantro; minced

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined. This may be prepared a day in advance. It is best not to use a food processor.

Yield: about 2 cups
