Beans with vinaigrette

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Fresh green beans |
| 2 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
Directions
Steam green beans until crisp-tender. Mix remaining ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Drain beans; pour dressing over beans and toss well.
NOTES : Carrot strips or red bell pepper strips steamed with the beans make a colorful addition.
