Asian vinaigrette

Yield: 1 /2 cup

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Garlic clove(s) minced (2 tsp)
1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
¼ cup Chicken stock
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame oil (opt)

Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake until well blended. Correct the seasoning, adding soy sauce to taste.

Serve with salmon, tofu, or cucumber salads.
