480 | millilitres | Pomegranate juice - 2 c |
60 | millilitres | Strained orange juice or rose syrup - 1/4 c |

Stew rhubarb with water and sugar for about 15 min. Strain juice; discard solids. Add juices and cool. Chill well and serve over ice.
