Sherbat (lemon drink cooler)

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Ice, crushed |
| 4 | cups | Water |
| 2 | eaches | Lemons |
| 2 | tablespoons | Rose water |
Directions
Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice.
In a saucepan, combine sugar, crushed ice, 4 cups water, lemon juice and rose water.
When sugar is completely dissolved, strain and serve the Sherbat in frosty glasses.
