| 1 | pounds | Monterey Jack Cheese -- |

| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | cup | Butter -- or margarine |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cans | Diced green chilies |
Directions
In large bowl beat eggs until light. Add all remaining ingredients (except chilies) blending smoothly. Stir in chilies and pour into well buttered 9 x 14 baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 35 min. or until borwn and center is firm. (Source: Kulekane Cooks, Maui) Recipe By :
