Chilies rellenos puffs

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Butter; at room temperature | 
| 1¼ | cup | Flour | 
| 2 | cups | Monterey jack cheese; melted | 
| ½ | cup | Roasted peeled green chiles; seeded & diced* | 
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese | 
Directions
1. Combine butter and flour in a food processor, process until well mixed. 
2. Add monterey jack chhese, chili peppers and garlic powder, process until well mixed.
3. Form dough into ¾ inch balls, roll in parmesan cheese. 
4. Place on a greased baking sheets and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes: * or you can use 4 oz. canned diced green chili peppers, drained.
