Chili-cheese rounds

Yield: 50 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese
½ pounds Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 \N Cloves garlic; minced or mashed
1 cup Finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons Chili powder
\N \N Crackers

Cream together the cheeses and garlic until blended; mix in pecans. Shape into two rolls, about 1-½ inches in diameter. Roll in chili powder. Wrap each roll in waxed paper or aluminum foil and chill. To serve, slice into thin rounds and serve with crackers. Yield: about 150 rounds.
