Chili-cheese rounds

Ingredients

1pack(8-oz) cream cheese
½poundsCheddar cheese; shredded
2Cloves garlic; minced or mashed
1cupFinely chopped pecans
2tablespoonsChili powder
Crackers

Directions

Cream together the cheeses and garlic until blended; mix in pecans. Shape into two rolls, about 1-½ inches in diameter. Roll in chili powder. Wrap each roll in waxed paper or aluminum foil and chill. To serve, slice into thin rounds and serve with crackers. Yield: about 150 rounds.
