Chili sauce #6

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
40 \N Tomatoes
½ \N Dozen green peppers (~RE's modification - add 4 Habanero's chopped)
1 \N Dozen onions
2 cups Sugar
1 quart Vinegar
1 \N Stick celery
\N \N Ketsup spice
\N \N Salt; to taste
\N \N Pepper; to taste

Place al ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and cook until all vegetable are soft. Remove from heat and run thru a food mill. Bring back to a boil, place in hot steriziled jars and seal at once.
