Chili sauce #5

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
24 larges Tomatoes; peeled and chopped
3 larges Red peppers; seeded and chopped
4 larges Green peppers; seeded and chopped
2 Hot peppers; seeded and chopped (~RE's Mod. add 6-8 Jalapeno's)
1 cup Sugar
3 cups Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Salt
4 larges Onions
2 Cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
2 teaspoons Ginger
1½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1½ teaspoon Pepper

Combine all the ingredients except the spices in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Add the spices and continue cooking for 15 minutes. Check the seasoning and texture and cook longer if it needs thickening. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
