| 1 | pack | Chili powder+ mcwilliams |
| 2 | tablespoons | Comino powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar |
| 2 | Boullion cubes | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Instant coffee |
| 4 | cups | Water |
| 2 | cups | Garlic |
Directions
Brown meat in shortening. AFTER meat has browned, add MSG, chili powder, comino powder, garlic and onion. In a large sauce pan, combine sugar, bouillon, tomato paste, instant coffee and water. Add browned meat. Salt to taste. Simmer over med heat 1-½ hours. Hope you enjoy. For competition purposes, you want your color a good red (from chili peppers --not tomatoes) and spicy to distinquish it from the other samples that may have "dulled" the judge's taste buds.
