Chicken-lickin' nuggets

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Cornmeal
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
4 \N Boneless; skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil; (up to 4)

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, chili powder, cumin, and salt.

Add chicken and coat thoroughly.

2. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add chicken and cook 7 to 9 minutes, turning once, until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

Makes 20 to 30 pieces.
