Chicken loaf

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Raw Rice
1 cup Grated Carrots
1 small Onion, Grated
½ Green Bell Pepper, Diced
1½ cup Cooked Chicken Or Turkey
¾ pounds Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 quart Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Place in a 9" X 13" baking dish and bake at 325øF for 1-½ hours. From: Syd's Cookbook.
