Chicken divan #2

Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | packs | (10-oz) frozen broccoli |
2 | cups | Cooked chicken; sliced |
2 | cans | Cream of chicken soup |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
½ | cup | Shredded sharp cheese |
½ | cup | Bread crumbs |
1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
1 | teaspoon | Curry powder |
Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender. Drain. Arrange stalks in greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Place chicken (or turkey) on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice & curry powder. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine crumbs & butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8 people.
