Cheesy supper muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Butter
1 pack (14 oz) corn muffin mix
½ cup Dairy sour cream
½ cup Shredded sharp cheese

Cook onion in butter till tender. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, adding the onion. Fill greased muffin pans ⅔ full. Mix sour cream and cheese; spoon about 1 tsp atop batter in each pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing.

Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
