Cream cheese muffins

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
1 \N Stick butter or margarine
1 cup Self-rising flour

1. Cream together cheese and butter until smooth. Add self-rising flour until well blended.

2. Bake in greased muffin pans. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes.

Yield: 12 muffins.
