Cheesy oven fried chicken ^

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Flour |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Soft white bread crumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 4 | tablespoons | Butter |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Coat chicken in flour seasoned with salt pepper and dry mustard. Brush chicken with beaten egg and roll in a mixture of bread crumbs and cheese. Place in casserole dish and dot with small pieces of butter. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
