Cheesecake blender cheesecake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 packs (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 Eggs

Blend ingredients for 7 minutes. Pour into a greased 10¾ x 7 x 1 ½-inch pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Do not preheat oven.
