Cheese-topped tuna casserole - jean ramsay

Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Butter/margarine |
| 1 | can | Cream of celery soup |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| ⅔ | cup | Tuna, drained & flaked |
| 1 | cup | Cooked rice |
| Salt to taste | ||
| Pepper to raste | ||
| ⅓ | cup | Cheddar cheese/grated |
Directions
Cook onion in butter/margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Turn into a buttered, shallow 6-inch casserole or individual casseroles; bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Top with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer
