Cheese-topped tuna casserole - jean ramsay

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Butter/margarine
1 can Cream of celery soup
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
⅔ cup Tuna, drained & flaked
1 cup Cooked rice
\N \N Salt to taste
\N \N Pepper to raste
⅓ cup Cheddar cheese/grated

Cook onion in butter/margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Turn into a buttered, shallow 6-inch casserole or individual casseroles; bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Top with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer
