Cheese-topped tuna casserole - jean ramsay

Ingredients

cupChopped onion
1teaspoonButter/margarine
1canCream of celery soup
2teaspoonsLemon juice
cupTuna, drained & flaked
1cupCooked rice
Salt to taste
Pepper to raste
cupCheddar cheese/grated

Directions

Cook onion in butter/margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Turn into a buttered, shallow 6-inch casserole or individual casseroles; bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Top with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer
