1 teaspoon | Butter/margarine |
1 can | Cream of celery soup |
2 teaspoons | Lemon juice |
⅔ cup | Tuna, drained & flaked |
1 cup | Cooked rice |

⅓ cup | Cheddar cheese/grated |
Cook onion in butter/margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Turn into a buttered, shallow 6-inch casserole or individual casseroles; bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Top with cheese; bake 5 minutes longer
