Cheese and turkey melt

12 | slices | Cheese, Cheddar |
24 | slices | Turkey breast; cooked |
12 | slices | Tomato |
Directions
Dip each slice of bread in beaten eggs; cook in butter on preheated griddle until lightly browned. Cover each of 12 bread slices with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices turkey, and 1 slice tomato. Continue grilling the 12 bread slices slowly in butter untl cheese melts. Stack 2 slices together and top with remaining bread. Serve hot.
