Champagne melon cooler

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Chopped champagne melon, seeds removed
½ cup Orange juice
½ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Caster sugar
\N \N Sliced strawberries

Blend champagne melon, juices and sugar until smooth. Refrigerate covered for several hours. Serve topped with sliced strawberries. For the perfect afternoon picnic, simply freeze for ½ to 1 hour before packing.
