Chamberlain's homemade steak sauce

| ¼ | cup | Onion(s), chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| ¼ | cup | Apple-cider vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Balsamic vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Ruby Red grapefruit juice |
| ¼ | cup | Beef broth |
| ¼ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
| 3 | tablespoons | Tomato paste |
| 2 | teaspoons | Powdered garlic |
| 2 | tablespoons | Raisins |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Black peppercorns |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Saut the onions over medium heat until soft. Add the honey and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium low. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool. Pure in blender until smooth. Refrigerated, the sauce will keep indefinitely.
