Chamberlain's homemade steak sauce

¼cupApple-cider vinegar
¼cupBalsamic vinegar
¼cupSoy sauce
¼cupRuby Red grapefruit juice
¼cupBeef broth
¼cupWorcestershire sauce
3tablespoonsTomato paste
2teaspoonsPowdered garlic
2tablespoonsRaisins
teaspoonBlack peppercorns
¾teaspoonDried thyme
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Saut the onions over medium heat until soft. Add the honey and continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium low. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove and cool. Pure in blender until smooth. Refrigerated, the sauce will keep indefinitely.
