Sesame steak sauce

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oil, sesame
2 tablespoons Onion green chopped
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
2 teaspoons Vinegar rice wine
½ teaspoon Sugar

Toast sesame seeds on a dry skillet Crush or grind the sesame seeds until most are powdery. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Makes about ⅓ cup. Will keep for short periods if refrigerated. Serve: On slices of grilled flank steak or London broil.
