1tablespoonOil, sesame
2tablespoonsOnion green chopped
¼teaspoonChili powder
2teaspoonsVinegar rice wine
½teaspoonSugar

Directions

Toast sesame seeds on a dry skillet Crush or grind the sesame seeds until most are powdery. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Makes about ⅓ cup. Will keep for short periods if refrigerated. Serve: On slices of grilled flank steak or London broil.
