Chafing dish crabmeat^

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Capers
1 tablespoon Prepared horseadish
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 dashes Hot sauce
1 pounds Fresh crabmeat, drained and
\N \N Flaked
\N \N Mebla toast or toast points

In a saucepan combine the first 7 ingredients. Stir in crabmeat gently. Cover and chill up to 1 day, if desired. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.( Do not boil.) Pour mixture into a chafing dish and keep warm. Serve with melba toast.
