Chafing dish crabmeat^

2tablespoonsCapers
1tablespoonPrepared horseadish
1teaspoonGrated lemon rind
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonGarlic powder
2dashesHot sauce
1poundsFresh crabmeat, drained and
Flaked
Mebla toast or toast points

Directions

In a saucepan combine the first 7 ingredients. Stir in crabmeat gently. Cover and chill up to 1 day, if desired. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.( Do not boil.) Pour mixture into a chafing dish and keep warm. Serve with melba toast.
