Cauliflower greek style

| 1 | Head cauliflower | |
| 2 | quarts | Water |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | cup | Olive oil |
| Juice of 1 lemon | ||
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Wash and separate cauliflower into flowerets. Bring water, milk and salt to a boil. Add cauliflower and boil 20 minutes or until done. Drain. Add oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss lightly. 4 servings.
