Cashew-pimiento cheese sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Cashews -- raw
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Onion powder
1 cup Water
4 ounces Pimientos
1 teaspoon Salt -- optional
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
