| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1¼ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
| 1½ | cup | Grated Carrots |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice |
