Carrot bread

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Mazola oil
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix to- gether first 5 ingredients, mix the sugar and oil and add the beaten eggs and vanilla, then add the dry ingredients alternately with ½ cup of walnuts and 1 cup of grated carrots. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan 1 hour in 350 oven.
